2012 Del-Mi District Fall Camporee

Location and Time details

                Join us at Camp Bear Creek on October 19th, 20th and 21st for the annual Del-Mi District Fall Camporee.  Please check in by 8:00 pm on Friday the 19th.

Unique Camporee

                Join us for a unique camporee experience.  Patrols will travel on their quest for knowledge and adventure.  They will travel from challenge to challenge earning points and collecting artifacts. This year, each Troop will either send their SPL or another nominated scout to be their troop Champion.  These champions will participate in their own adventure and earn points for their troop.

Patrol’s Quest

                Patrols will need to be prepared to demonstrate their pioneering, orienteering, and cooking skills.  They will need to work together to advance their patrol and troop in the Patrol’s Challenge.  They should be prepared to work together.

Champion’s Quest

                Champion’s will not compete with their troops or patrols directly.  Instead, they will go on their own quest for adventure.  They should not only be proficient in scout skills, but should also demonstrate a real champion’s spirit.  Champion’s will be given the instructions for their quest Saturday morning at the opening ceremony.
