Troop Leadership

Hi there: Leadership..... Leadership is one of the great skills taught in scouts, though out scouting Youth and Adults serve in Leadership Positions. Youth lead themselves through meetings campouts and many other numerous activities.  Adults serve in different roles to be able to help the youth do what they do in a safe and productive environment this is done largely through voluntary positions and subtle guidance helping the youth to grow.
